Bonjour, mon formulaire a été piraté je n'arrive plus à l'utiliser. Comment puis je faire car j'ai beaucop de client qui l'utilise .

Now, let me help you with your question. Based on the screenshots, your form is not hacked but NordVPN is blocking the form because it detected a potential threat. I have a few things that you can try:
- Click on Unblock and report this page as safe within the error message
- Use a different embed code. In the screenshot, it shows that you're embedding the form using the form's source code. Is there any particular reason why you're using it? If not, I suggest that you use the regular script embed or the iframe embed
