Jotform Disconnects for no reason

    => 2/ Problème de connexion à Jotform, depuis cet été, nous rencontrons des problèmes de connexions, Jotform se déconnecte également sans raisons... Il ne veut plus de nos identifiants, alors qu'ils sont exacts, on peut se connecter uniquement avec notre compte google. Nous avons bien supprimer les cookies, mais ça ne change rien.

    Hi Sabrina,

    Thanks for the video. That made the issue much clearer. Can you try to log in using your email address or username? Check out the screenshot below:

    If you're getting the same issue, please try to delete your browsers cache and connect to a different ISP (Internet Service Provider).

In order to ensure that your account stays secure, please reset your password today and do not share your login credentials with others.

    If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.

    If you are not sharing log-ins, kindly ask the affected user to try these troubleshooting methods below:

    1. Log out and log back into their account.
    2. Use Incognito/Private mode.
    3. Please clear their web browser's cache.
    4. Use a different web browser/device.
    5. Restart your device.

    Hi Reymar,

    We have already looked at your offers, but Jotform Enterprise does not suit us. We are a small business, and we don't have the budget.

    We don't need multiple accounts, because there are only 3 of us using the same spreadsheets, it's just that sometimes there are 2 people at the same time who need to consult the answers.

    I will try the method :

    Hi Sabrina,

    Thanks for getting back to us. If you need multiple people to work on your form submissions, you can share your Jotform Tables and Collaborate. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Share button in the top right corner.

    2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.

    3. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

    • Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
    • Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

    3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

    I know how to do it, but I haven't gotten used to working like that.

    I will change my habits to avoid problems.
