Google Sheets Integration: Integration of new data is no longer possible

Sinon, par quel chemin puis-je accéder rapidement à Google Sheets ?

Actuellement je passe par : Modifier le formulaire / Paramètres / Intégrations / Google Sheets / Clique sur le lien (et c'est assez long comme cheminement...)

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try to remove the Google Sheets integration and add it back? Let's do it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
• Select the Google Sheets integration.
• Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!

• Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:
• In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
• Click on the Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page. Then select Google Sheets integration again.
• Now, select and connect your Google account.

• Select an option.
• Choose your form fields.
• Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.

Reach out again if you need any more help.

I just did the manipulation, but I still have the same problem, only 2 submissions appear.

And I checked the box: include existing submissions...

We are sorry that this is happening. I tried to replicate the issue on a random form but everything works as expected. Check out the screencast below:

As seen from the above screencast, all the old submissions has been passed to Google Sheets. I also made a new submission and it was immediately passed to Google Sheets. Check out the screencast below:

Can you try to remove the integration and add it back one more time? This time, please record your screen. You can use Loom and share with us the URL.

Every time I delete and do a new integration, it creates a new sheet!

The problem is that my formulas are no longer good...

I hope this doesn't happen regularly...

This isn't because I didn't check the email during integration?

Hi Sabrina,

Please take note that changes made to the Google Sheets directly might break the integration. In this case, removing the integration and adding it back is the only way to restore the integration.
