    Bonjour,

    Nous ne pouvons plus nous connecter avec nos logins habituels via l'option "se connecter". Nous avons vérifié que ce n'était pas un problème de mot de passe erroné en réinitialisant le mot de passe.


    En revanche, nous pouvons nous connecter via l'option "se connecter avec Google". Pouvez-vous nous dire pourquoi la connexion classique ne fonctionne plus svp ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that the reason why you are not able to log in is because your account is deactivated because you have reached the Monthly Submission Limit.

    You can Upgrade your Account to gain more submission limit or you can wait for the 1st day of the month because that's when the monthly limit resets. You can also check our guide about Understanding your Account Usage and Limits for more details.
