Next button is not working in my Android device.

    Sur Android, le bouton "suivant" en bas de page est inactif.

    Pouvez vous vérifier?


    Peut etre que la publicité pour Jotform pose problème.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, I was unable to check your form due to privacy settings. Can you check on another browser if you are getting the same issue? You can also do a check in a computer browser and with incognito.

    In fact, we can't click on "Next" button ("Suivant") : when we click on it, nothing happen.

    But, if the virtual keyboard is activate (ex. to fill the fields), it's ok. Next button works well.

    It's a shame, because virtual keyboard isn't activate all the time!


    I think, it's may be due to the banner at the bottomof the screen.

    We try on Chrome and Edge browser, but it's the same problem.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I was able to clone your form and do a test with it, but was unable to replicate the issue and everything worked the way it should. You can remove the banner at the bottom but keep in mind that this is only available for paid plans. Can you do a test on other android devices, so we can see if this is an issue with android browsers or if the banner is affecting the button?

    Give it a try and let us know if it works.
