    Est-ce possible de mettre fin à mon abonnement Bronze svp ?

    Je souahite revenir au forfait Débutant gratuit.

    Thanks for your answer.

    I'm not asking for a refund. I just want to stop my account to be downgraded to the free pricing.
    I dont need anymore the payed features.

    Hi Adem,

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can downgrade your account to Starter at any time. Your subscription will no longer be billed on the next billing date. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. Although there will be no further billing charges after the cancellation, your account will remain in the Bronze plan for the period you paid for.
