I'm unable to login due to account suspension?

    Bonjour, Je n'arrive plus à me connecter sur mon compte Google E-mail: urostrailovic17@gmail.com. Cela c'est passer après avoir modifier le mail de destination quand le formulaire a été rempli avec un mail différent du mien. Je peux toujours me connecter avec d'autre compte, j'ai essayer de supprimer le cache et sur un autre navigateur.Merci Bien

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re unable to login to your Jotform account due to its suspension.

    As I see here, you are using an email address from the recipient's email address of your email notification with a domain (@mesPrimes.ch) and this has been found to the content of your Autoresponder as well, which alarms the system as it's not the same domain as your registered email address. To reactivate your account, we need to delete and purge the form. Please let me know if you would like to proceed.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hello Lemon Slide,

    Thanks for getting back to us. As requested I deleted the email with the domain (@mesPrimes.ch) and your account has been reactivated. You should be able to log back in now without any issues. 

    Please note that I keep your email notifications and the recipient's email address as your Jotform ur***rail***c17@gmail.com registered email address.
