Change username request

Le nom de notre compte est actuellement Orouillon cependant je souhaiterai le modifier pour le mettre à mon nom.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your request. Jotform usernames can only contain alphanumeric characters and underscore '_' with no spaces. Please provide us with 3 possible usernames that you want to use, and we will gladly change your username for you. We will use the first one that is available to use.

Also, please take note that if you were using a custom URL for your form, it will no longer work since the username has been changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead. You may check out this guide on How to Create a Custom URL of a Form on how to reset it.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with your request.
