Thanks for patiently waiting. I'm sorry you're having issues logging in. I've cleared your form caches. If you have not done so in a while, it could also be helpful to clear your browser caches. If you're still having the same issue, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that. If you can also send a screenshot of the console report of the login page, that will help us with the investigation. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi! Even if my cache is clear, it still says over quotas..

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're still having difficulties with this. I cleared your form cache again. Can you try to clear your browser cache as well? Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
