Application pour inscription à une formation

J'ai fabriqué mon formulaire et ça fonctionne bien, par contre j'ai des dates d'inscription établi avec un nombre maximal de place pour chaque date, que dois-je utiliser comme application ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I would suggest you use the Gift Registry widget which will allow you to enter a number of available slots. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
2. Go to Widgets and search for Gift Registry.
3. Click/Drag the Gift Registry to add to the form.
