Create a form that will identify the profile of the form respondent

Je souhaite créer un formulaire mais je ne sais pas comment le mettre en place concrètement. Pour expliquer, il y a 64 questions où chaque réponse à un nombre de point. Mais la difficulté, c'est qu'il ne me faut pas un score global. En effet, a la fin, il peut y avoir 8 scores différents car 8 profils différents. Car chaque question correspond à un profil en particulier.

Comment puis-je faire ?

Hello, I think I've managed do calculate everything. How can I do to send the results by mail to all the person please ?

Thanks for getting back to us. Do you mean that you would like to send the form result to the form fillers? If yes, you can set up Auto Responder Email. Then, the form filler will receive the email with result after filling in the form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
2. Select Emails on the left.
3. Click on Add Email button.
4. Choose Autoresponder Email option.
5. Edit the email content and click Save button.
