Cannot change the product image

    Bonjour,

    Je suis en train de faire un formulaire de commande avec la vente de prestations. J'ai crée des images à mettre pour les intégrer et quand je vais dans les paramètres de paiement pour insérer une image pour illustrer le produit, il me met automatiquement une ancienne image d'un autre formulaire.

    J'ai essayé de faire glisser l'image, de l'insérer ou encore j'ai cloner le formulaire pour essayer sur un nouveau et j'ai aussi tenté de supprimer les anciennes images mais ça ne marche pas, et aucune des méthodes ne fonctionnent.

    Now, let me help you with your issue. First, can you share the link to the form where the issue is happening? I checked your "Atelier une gouvernance fransaskoise et les leaders de demain" form but there's no Product List in it. You can follow the steps below on how to get the form URL:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
    2. Under Quick Share, click on Copy Link to copy your form URL.

    Thanks for getting back to us with the form link. Just to confirm, you're having trouble changing the image of the product items, correct? I cloned and tested your form and I was able to change the product images without a problem. You can check the screencast below to see my test result:

    When you try changing the product image, nothing happens and the image doesn't update? And you cannot delete the old image as well? If that's the case, try to log out from your Jotform account, clear your browser cache, log back in, and then try updating the product image again. I've also cleared your form cache as an additional measure. If the issue persists, please try using a different web browser to update the product image.
