    Je voudrai faire un sondage et l'offre bronze m'intéresse. Je voudrai donc avoir des explications sur les différentes options.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Those are the features included when you upgrade your plan. Jotform has the Standard plans or single user plans such as: Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold. The only difference with these subscriptions is the number of monthly usage limits each has. Let me explain each.

    • View/month - The total number of times, account-wide, your forms can be viewed. For more information, see Form View Limits.
    • Submission/month - The total number of successfully submitted entries by users.
    • Submission with payment - The total number of valid and complete payments made on your form with payment integration, your account can receive every month. This is also added on top of the submissions of regular forms without any payment integration.
    • Signed documents - The total number of signing processes completed, from all your Sign documents, your account can have every month.
    • Submission storage - The total number of entries you can store in your account itself, which is different from your monthly limit. For example, in the Free plan, 500 of your most recent submissions are stored in your account. If you exceed the limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, making room for new ones to be received.

    Thanks for getting back to us. To my understanding, you're asking if you can send the form to several phones with the same limit. Is that correct? If yes, you can share the form with anyone and as many as you want. To find the direct form link, you can follow this guide. You can also send the form via Email. This guide will help you do that.

    for example this is my account on my phone with my form. If I want to
    complete 200 submissions, can I download the application on other phones
    with the same account and each phone will do, for example, 10 surveys to go
    faster?

    Hi Patrick,

    If you want to share your planning to share your login credentials with different people, this is not possible as it is against our Terms & Conditions. If you need more people to work on your form and submissions, you can add them as form collaborator and share your submission tables and collaborate.

    But, if you're referring to the form respondents, it is not necessary for them to install the Jotform App. Once you share with them the link to your form, they can open it using their device web browser.

    Hi Patrick,

    There is no need for your investigators to upgrade their account to the Bronze level. Once you added them as collaborator, they can manage your forms and submissions. Make sure to update the Share Settings before you share the link to the investigators.

    Thanks for getting back to us. If you'll be sharing the collaboration link, your collaborators would need to access it online. Sharing the collaboration link is different from assigning forms.

    With the collaboration link, it won't matter whether the collaborator has a Jotform account or not. Each collab session will have its own unique session URL that you can share with someone else. It is only available in the Form Builder. This is only made available to online regular forms; Smart PDF forms are not included.

    Hi Patrick,

    In that case, you can assign the form to the user. Once assigned, they can access and fill out the form when offline. As noted by my colleague, assigned form and collaborator are different features.
