Unable to download multiple reports in PDF.

    Bonjour,


    Je suis incapable de télécharger mes rapports en batch de PDF et envoie courriel par la suite.


    I also speak english.


    I am unable to download serveral documents un PDF form.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    May also know if you are completely logged into your account when you try to download the Original PDF copy of your form submissions?

    English is fine: Here is the link i use for my reports. Note that i can view them one at a time in PDF form but imposible to load serveral at a time and receive them by mail as indicated when selected int he ZIP window that pops up.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it seems like the Form URL is not included in your last reply. Can you share it with us again, so that we can further check? Also, can you please share with us a recording of the issue? You can upload it on Google Drive and set it a public in order for us to access it.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I could see that this table is shared with you as a collaborator by the form owner. However, when you download the submissions in bulk the zip file will be emailed to the account's email address. Did you try to check the account admin to see if they received the email to download the zip file for the submissions? Or, are you logged in as the account admin and did not receive an email to download the zip file? As mentioned by my colleague from the previous thread, can you share a recording of the issue to help us understand what’s happening and send it to us? You can use Loom or upload the video in Google Drive, share the link on this thread, and set the permission to public.

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
