Nous allons migrer notre site très prochainement sur Shopify et je cherche un formulaire avec plusieurs niveaux comme sur notre site actuel pour répondre au SAV : https://www.cimaises-et-plus.com/service-apr%C3%A8s-vente-cimaises-et-plus-sav

Avez vous une solution pour répondre à ce besoin ?

Now, let me help you with your question. You can create a Jotform form and embed it to your Shopify website using the embed code. Let me show you how to get the embed code for Shopify:

1. In the Form Builder, go to the Publish tab.
2. On the left side, click Platforms.
3. Search and click Shopify
4. Click on the Copy Code button.

Thanks for getting back to us. Using traditional forms would be possible, but setting it up could be quite complicated. The easiest solution is to use an app. You can use our App Builder to set it up. Let me show you how:

1. Go to App Builder and click on Create App.
2. Start From Scratch or use a Template.
3. Add Button elements and rename them as you want.
4. Click on the Gear icon and select the action. You can redirect to a form or navigate to another page to add more buttons.

Now, the app works the same as the form on your website. By clicking on the button you'll be redirected to a form or to another page or to the action selected.
