Lors de la saisie sur un ipad pro v 16.6.1, le formulaire pour commencer a saisir se lance mais rien n'apparait, juste une fenetre bleu
il est impossible de saisir
en revanche pas de probleme sur PC ou Mcbook
comment resoudre ce probleme s'il vous plait ?

Now let me help you with your question. Are you trying to fill out the form in the Jotform App? I tested iPad Pro v16.2, and I did not encounter any issues. Here's a screencast of my result:
I have cleared your form cache to refresh your forms. If the problem persists, could you please attempt to reinstall the app? Uninstall the app and then completely power off your device for at least 30 seconds (it is important not to skip this step, as it is necessary to clear the installation cache). After turning your device back on, go to the App Store, and download and install the app once more.
