Ce formulaire est destiné aux employés pour qu'ils demandent les jours de congés

Comment faire pour qu'une fois que la demande remplie soit envoyée au Manager pour approbation et s'il y a approbation je veux le voir dans les soumissions, et si c'est refusé que ça soit masqué ?

Aussi comment peut-on notifier l'employé sans qu'il est à renseigner son e-mail pro, histoire de ne pas alourdir le formulaire ?

Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that you can create an Approval Flow on your form that allows you to achieve your goal. However, you need to add an Email field to your form because this is where the approval or denial email will be sent. Let me walk you through the process:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Approval Flows on the left side of the page.
3. Click on Create an approval flow.
4. The basic workflow will be created which is going to work based on your goal. You need to click on the Gear icon to open the Approval element's settings.
5. Enter the manager's email address as the approver.

The two email elements below will be sent to the employee automatically based on the Manager's approval.
