    Hi myllania,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. To verify, do you need an option to show the available stocks per product? If yes, that is not an available option if you use the product list widget. What you can do as a workaround is use the inventory widget. Let me show you how to set it up:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widgets tab, type Inventory in the Search Bar and add it to your form.

    • In the Widget Settings window, enter a Description of the item and then set an appropriate quantity in the Available Quantity section. That's it.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

    • client A : 1 citrons + 2 salades + 1 choux
    • client B : 5 citrons + 1 salades + 3 choux
    • ...
    • ..

    Total clients = 6 citrons , 3 salades, 4 choux (c'est ceci qui m'intéresse)

    Hi myllania,

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. If you need to get the total quantities of the products purchased, it will not be possible while using the Product List.

I suggest creating products outside the payment field. You can use the Inventory Widget for this, so 1 product for each widget. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element menu and drag and drop the Inventory Widget on your form.

    2. Add a Form Calculation widget to get the Total of how much your form filler should pay.

    3. Then, pass the calculated value to the payment field.

    4. Create a Grid Report, Copy the Link of the report. Here's how:

    • In My Forms page, select the form and click Report.
    • Select Grid and choose the submission details you want to see in the report.
    • Copy the Link.

    5. Go back to the Form Builder, add an Iframe Embed Widget from the Widgets tab and paste the Report link.
