Wrong calculation shown in email

Bonjour, nous avons petit à petit et devons présenter bientôt ce formulaire autour de nous. Je veux vous faire part ici ce auquel nous faisons fasse depuis le début et que d' aucun de Jotform ni d'autre sites concurrents ne proposent, à savoir, une gestion correcte des kilogrammes et des prix à multiplier;

voyez l'exemple de retour panier d'une éventuel client, qui à pris plusieurs articles dont les champignons (0.300 kg) que l'on ne peut pas écrire quantitativement sous forme 0,0.. va donc écrire (et multiplier ) 300 dans le choix contextuel que nous avons donc proposé, car les gens n'achètes bien sûr pas les champignons aux kg..) = des millier de Euros, (Dollars aussi!)

N'y a t'il pas là quelques chose à faire?

Autre demande, Nous avons activer le widget qui propose de reprendre "la commande de son panier plus tard".

2 questions:

• Toutes les notifications sont envoyées en langue anglaise, si c'est possible où puis-je changer cela?
• Celui-ci demande une inscription de la personne qui rempli le panier, avec mot de passe , confirmation de mail etc.. alors que nous demandons déjà au nouveau client de remplir un formulaire d'inscription. Une fois rempli, nous somme en logique de penser que Jotform les reconnaissent. Pourquoi donc pas?

Si supplémentairement nous associons un compte mails, de nos clients ( Brevo pour nous ) à Jotform est-ce qu'il le reconnaitrait et éviterait à chaque panier incomplet de demander l'enregistrement des coordonnées à la personne?

As for your Quantity, do you want to set different prices based on the selected item amount per kilogram? Can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

Non il ne s'agit pas de cela regardez plus haut la photos d'écran que j'ai envoyé, ils s'git de fruits et légumes et os client n'achètent pas forcément 1 kilos ou plus de certains produits (champignons graines ...).

Nous avons résolu le problème en proposant au clients le choix déroulant d'"unité, kg ou grammes" (ce sont des unités Européennes), mais cela pose un soucis sur le retour de leur commande par mail, car il se voient avoir attribuer un total surréaliste, car l'interface ne connait fait pas le calcul 300 g = 0.300 kg ou plus simple ne prend pas en compte les chiffres décimaux. Comprenez-vous?

I can also see that you've already added Quantities on your products. Can you take a screenshot of the email that shows the wrong calculation? This guide will show you how to add a screenshot in your reply:

1. Click the Add Image icon.
2. A. Paste the Image URL.
   B. Click Drop an Image or click to select to upload the image from your computer.
3. Click the Add button to include the image in your reply.

Thank you for getting back to us. If I understand correctly, your product list multiplies the quantity you select either in grams or kilograms by €10.50, which totals to €3150 instead of €3.15 for 300 grams, which should only equal 0.3 kilograms. Is that what you are trying to achieve? If that's the case, you have to separate them in your Product List.
