Airtable Integration stopped working

Bonjour,

J'ai créé un formulaire et lié celui-ci à Airtable.

Lorsqu'un formulaire est rempli et envoyé, nous recevions les informations sur airtable.

L'intégration fonctionnait très bien et j'en très suis satisfait.

Cependant depuis hier, lorsqu'un formulaire est rempli et envoyé, les informations du formulaire ne sont plus retransmises dans airtable.

Je n'ai rien trouvé sur ce genre de limite dans les abonnements.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. The submission data was sent to Airtable. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

Most of the time, if we remove it and then add it back, that solves the problem. Let me help you do that: 

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Select Airtable.
   
   
4. Click on the Three Dots icon and select Delete Action.
   
   

Now that we've removed the integration, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

1. While you're still under the Integrations tab, click on Add New Action.
   
   
2. Select your Airtable account and click on Add action.
3. Choose the Airtable Base and Airtable Table you want to connect to your form.
4. Match your Airtable Table fields to your form fields.
   
   
5. Enable or disable the Create a new record when a submission is edited option.
6. Once done, click on Save at the bottom to complete the integration.
