How to purge a deleted submission?

    Bonjour,

    Je souhaite supprimer des soumissions dans le formulaire. J'en ai supprimé 50 mais il y a toujours écrit dans le compteur que j'en ai encore plus de 450.

    Y'a t'il une autre manipulation à faire pour les supprimer définitivement et récupérer des soumissions ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. After checking your account, it is currently active and nowhere near the limit. Please note that only the Upload Space can be freed up by deleting submissions with file attachments. The other monthly limits do not reset that way and will only reset every first of the month.

    Kindly log out from your account, clear the web browser cache and log back in and see if the over limit error is still showing.

    Additionally, once you have deleted the entries, please note that it will stay in the Trash entries for 30 days before it gets deleted permanently. You have the option to restore or delete it forever.

    1. In the Tables page, open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.
    2. Select Trashed entries.
    3. In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to delete, you select Delete Forever or Restore.
