Réactivation du compte

Bonjour,

Mon compte est bloqué et on m'affiche que j'ai atteint la limite de l'espace de upload, mais j'ai supprimé plus de la moitié des données, alors j'aimerais que mon compte soit réactivé.

Now, let me help you with your question. After checking your account, I have seen that your account is currently OVERLIMIT. To free up some upload space, please delete some of your submissions. Please note that if the deleted submissions are still in the trashed folder, they will still be counted as a submission. Here is a guide on how to permanently delete submissions.

I understand, I couldn't find the place where to delete the entries
permanently. I just did that, but my account still appears overlimit, even
if I deleted 85 of the 130 entries.
Can you help me with that?

Thanks for getting back to us. After checking your account, I have seen that you have deleted some of your submissions to free up some space. I have gone ahead and recalculated your submissions to activate your account. You can now access your forms without having any problems. If the issue persists, please let us know.
