Sur la dernière page, lorsque les membres devront procéder au paiement, j'aimerais qu'ils soient obligés de sélectionner obligatoirement et maximum 1 option PAR catégorie. J'ai joint un exemple: https://form.jotform.com/232403628502246

    Hi audrey.beauchamp77,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Unfortunately, selecting one in each category of the items in your Product List is not possible. As a workaround, you can use either a dropdown element and list the item in each Dropdown element assign values to the item, and calculate the total using the Form Calculation widget. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Product element menu to delete it and then add the Dropdown elements from the left panel menu. How to set Product List element to only allow 1 selection per category? Image 1 Screenshot 60
    2. Next, Name the Dropdown elements you added to the categories of the items and then click on the Gear icon of the Dropdown element, click on Options, and then set a Calculation Value to the choices from the top bar menu from the panel in the right corner of the page. How to set Product List element to only allow 1 selection per category?
