Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Unfortunately, selecting one in each category of the items in your Product List is not possible. As a workaround, you can use either a dropdown element and list the item in each Dropdown element assign values to the item, and calculate the total using the Form Calculation widget. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Product element menu to delete it and then add the Dropdown elements from the left panel menu.
2. Next, Name the Dropdown elements you added to the categories of the items and then click on the Gear icon of the Dropdown element, click on Options, and then set a Calculation Value to the choices from the top bar menu from the panel in the right corner of the page.
3. Lastly, add the Form Calculation Widget and Add the 2 dropdown elements.
4. Now, to collect payment, select any Payment Processors from the left panel menu under the Payments tab, and then under Payment Type from the right panel menu, select User Define Amount, and then, under the Get Price from, select Calculation which the name of your Form Calculation widget. That's it.
