Je n'arrive pas à invité des personnes dans mes équipes

Bonjour, cela fait plusieurs fois que j'essaie de postuler afin de pouvoir inviter des personnes dans les équipes que je créais, mais je n'y arrive jamais, le formulaire refuse de s'envoyer. Comment faire ?
