Show/Hide Field condition not working

When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

To answer your questions: you have chosen the simple path. It also worked for me when you take the questionnaire in order, but when the person answers YES to the first question, continues to fill in the questionnaire and decides to say NO at the end, the condition doesn't work. See for yourself. Can you fix it? I've redone the conditions several times and it doesn't work.

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, are you perhaps referring to the form 232473717904359? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder page, click on Settings menu.
2. In the Settings menu, click on Form Settings tab on the left side of the screen.
3. In the Form Settings tab, go to the sub menu Clear Hidden Field Values.
4. In the Clear Hidden Values sub menu, select Clear when hidden option.

With this change, it clears the previously entered values when hidden. Check out the results in the screencast below:
