When I delete forms they don't appear in the trash. So I can't delete them permanently.

lorsque je supprime des formulaires, ils n'apparaissent pas dans la corbeille. Je ne peux donc pas les supprimer définitivement.

    Hi Kooesio,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I see here that you have exceeded the upload storage of your account. which stores uploaded files. You need to make sure to purge the submissions via the Trashed entries folder to free up space in your upload space. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Tables page, click on the ellipsis icon on the right side of the current tab.
    2. Select Trashed entries from the options.
    3. Click on the Select All options to select all the items in the folder then click the Delete Forever button.
    4. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button.

You can also delete uploaded files for the submissions without deleting the submission. Check out the steps below:

    1. On the Tables page, click on the uploaded file for the submission.
    2. Then select the files you need to delete.
    3. Once selected, click the Delete button that appears.
    4. On the pop-up window, click the Delete File(s) button to confirm the deletion.

I am getting a warning that I am almost reaching my upload space limit Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 31
