How to recover deleted submission?

    Bonjour,

    Il y a eu un soucis dans le téléchargement d'un de mes pdf !

    J'ai malheureusement supprimé la soumission, comment faire pour récupérer la demande ?

    Hi Cahrmel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. You can recover your deleted submission if you haven't purged it yet. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. On Jotform Table, click on the Three Vertical Lines beside the form title.
    2. Select Trashed Entries.
    3. Click on the deleted submission and click Restore.

    Please know that Entries in the Trash folder are automatically purged or deleted permanently after 30 days.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we won't be able to recover your submissions if you have already purged them. You can try to check your emails if you have received a copy of the submissions sent by email notification.

    Bonjour,

    Il y a donc eu un bug lors du téléchargement du PDF. Comment éviter que cela se reproduise ?

    Effectivement j'ai la copie de la soumission par mail toutefois les pièces jointes étaient trop importantes et je n'ai pas pu les récupérer. Comment faire ?

    Hi Cahrmel,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Since you tried to send your submission via email, there might be a delay if the attachments are too large. However, if you haven't received it, we won't be able to help you, as the submissions have already been purged from our server. In the future, if you try again to delete your submissions, make sure that you Download the submissions and you should confirm that you received the attachments in your email. If you didn't receive it, you should reach out to us before you purged them from your account.
