Bonjour,
J'ai un gros soucis. J'avis un formulaire de commande et pou y accéder j'ai crée un QR code.
Je me suis aperçue que je n'avais plus de nouvelles commandes. Testé le Qr code. Et maintenant les nouveaux clients doivent se connecter avant d'accéder à mon formulaire. La plateforme est en anglais en plus. Tout se complique. Ils ne passent plus de commandes.
Comment faire?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I went ahead and checked your form and the Access Settings on your form are already set to Public, therefore your users shouldn't need to log in before filling out.
They must register for a Jotform account or log in if they already have one in order to fill out your form when you send it to them via Invite By Email. Please send them the Form URL found on the Publish page so they may complete the form without having to register.
