    Je viens de souscrire a une offre sur un an avant la fin du compte a rebours pour bénéficier de 50 % et je n'ai pourtant pas bénéficié de la remise.

    Pouvez-vous faire le nécessaire svp

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I see you've subscribed to Silver yearly with the original price as you've upgraded a bit past the discount's expiration date. Although we can reactivate the discount for you as a one-time courtesy, it's not possible for us to switch the subscription from our end. How about we cancel your subscription and refund your last payment so you can re-upgrade at a discounted price?
