Now, let me help you with your change name request. Unfortunately, the username RCJEQ is already taken. Please provide us with 3 usernames that you want to use, and we will change your username according to availability. Usernames can only contain Alphanumeric characters and underscore '_' with no spaces.

Please take note that if you were using a custom URL for your form, it would no longer work since the username has been changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead. You may check out this guide on How to Create a Custom URL of a Form on how to reset it.
