PDF Submission : Unable to downlaod the submission in the same language in which the form is filled out.

Bonjour,

nous avons un formulaire en Français (langue initiale) qui est traduit en Anglais et en Italien.

Le problème : la visualisation du formulaire rempli est toujours en Français même s'il a été complété en version Italien ou Anglais.

Comment faire pour avoir le pdf du formulaire rempli dans la version dans laquelle il a été rempli ?

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to download the submission in the same language in which they got filled out.

The submission PDF gets download with the same layout present in the PDF Editor. And PDF Editor generates the Default PDF layout with the form language. That is the reason when you try to download the Submission in PDF format you are getting them in French language which is your initial language.

You need to create another PDF Document in your PDF Editor and need to manually add the translation for all the fields. It is really easy to do that. Let me show you how :

First go to PDF Editor mode from the form build mode by click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor Option.

• In the PDF Editor mode, Click on the New PDF button in the top left corner of the screen.
• In the Dropdown, select the New PDF Document option.
• Select the field, click on the Gear Icon.
• Add the Translated text for the Question label.
• Do the same for all the fields present in the form.

Once PDF Documents gets created, you would be able to download the submission with the PDF layout you created for the translation.
