Bonjour,
Je me permets de vous écrire car depuis ce matin nous ne pouvons pas soumettre de formulaire.
En effet lorsque nous cliquons sur "Soumission" le bouton change et écris "Veuillez patienter." et rien ne se passe.
Pourriez-vous résoudre ce problème svp ?

Thanks for getting back to us. I have cloned your form and tested it on my end and I was unable to replicate the issue. Would you allow us to perform a test submission? Also, as an additional measure to resolve this issue, I have cleared your form cache.

Hi grandscomptescit,
I have performed a test submission on your form and I didn't encounter any issues. Could you try performing a test submission on your form by using a different browser or incognito? If the issue doesn't persist, I suggest clearing out your browser cache.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Since I am unable to replicate the issue on my end, could you share with us a screenshot of your browser console log after you encounter the issue as shown in the screenshot?
We also have a guide about How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers that you can check out. This would help us in understanding the issue better.
