Pourquoi message retard de paiement ?

    Bonjour nous avons un message de retard de paiement et une care visa qui semble inactive depuis nov 2022. Or les paiements 2023 ont bien été effectués avec cette CB. Je ne comprends pas le problème.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I went ahead and checked your account and I can see that your subscription was automatically renewed using the credit card on your account since you haven't canceled the subscription plan. But I can see here that you have scheduled the downgrade on 9/16/23.  Please know that you are currently on Legacy Plan, once your account is downgraded to the Starter Plan, the discounted pricing from the Legacy Plan will be lost and the next time you upgrade your account, you will pay for the current pricing of the plan that you want to upgrade to.

    Regarding the late payment message, could you send us a screenshot of it? This will help us look into this further. We've got a guide here explaining how to do that.
