Faire la somme des "oui" du questionnaire

Mes questions sont toutes "oui" ou "non" et j'aimerais pouvoir faire la somme des "Oui" pour savoir si mon prospect est concerné.

Dans le widget "calcul", je n'arrive pas à donner un valeur numéraire à ces "Oui" et faire la somme. Comment puis-je faire ?

I have checked you also added the calculation values to yes options for single-choice question fields. Can you please provide more details about what you are trying to achieve? A little more details would help us in assisting you better.
