Square Integration: How to connect Square's stocks for an item with Jotform?

Je souhaitais savoir si en passant par l'onglet "afficher le formulaire" et que le formulaire s'affiche, si l'on peut compléter par exemple un formulaire pour un client présent physiquement , lui laisser mettre son numéro de carte bleu et si en validant ca va bien créer la facture comme s'il s'inscrivait directement sur le formulaire en ligne ?

ou si une des extensions permet de connecter un terminal de carte bleu en plus du moyen de paiement en ligne déja installé (exemple stripe)

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understand what you're trying to do, you would like the respondents to enter their card numbers when they are physically present. When I check the form, I can see that the invoice is enabled on the payment settings of the Product List field. You can let them input their card number when they are physically and the invoice will be sent to the email address.

Connecting the form to a card terminal is not possible yet. For the form to collect payment, Payment Integration is needed which has been set up on your form.

Concernant Square par exemple est ce que si l' on connecte SQUARE a JOTFORM

Si un achat est fait sur JOTFORM cela va modifier le stock des produits sur le tableau de bord SQUARE et à l'inverse est ce que si un Achat est fait en magasin est que le stock est diminué sur SQUARE, est ce que cela le régule sur JOTFORM

En clair est ce que les stock de produit JOTFORM et SQUARE sont synchronisés ?

Et enfin peut t'on généré des factures sur l'intégration de paiement PURCHASE ORDER ( bon de commande)

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, Jotform is not connected to the Square Dashboard when you integrate your payment processor into your form. Only the products listed on your form will be subject to stock deduction if payment is successful. Thanks for getting back to us. You can easily add a subcategory to your product list and add the product in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.

1. In Form Builder, go to your Product List field and click on the Wand Icon.
2. Click on Settings, Enter the New Category Name, and click on Add.
3. Go to your New Category and click on the Add to Product Category Icon.
4. Select the product that fits in the subcategory.

Je voudrais par exemple créer dans la catégorie habillement :

la sous catégorie : homme

La sous catégorie femme

Et dans chaque sous catégorie on aurait plusieurs produits

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry for the confusion on this. Are you referring to adding sub-categories under the selected item? If so, you can do that in the Product element settings. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Product List element and then click on the List icon.
2. Next, hover your mouse over the specific item and then click on the Pencil icon from the right panel menu.
3. Then, click Options from the top bar menu and then click on the + Add button of the Add a Product Option.
4. Lastly, toggle ON the Create Sub Products from Options and then add your sub-categories. That's it.
