account suspended

    Bonjour

    J'ai récemment créé un compte jotform et un formulaire. Voulant aller me connecter pour récupérer les résultats j'ai rencontré beaucoup de difficultés sous Opera GX. Depuis Chrome la connexion semble mieux se passer mais le site m'indique "Login Failed - SUSPENDED".

    Pouvez-vous faire quelque chose pour m'aider ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it seems to have been reviewed and the relevant team have found probable cause for the suspension. If you want to appeal for the suspension, please share the following information:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.
    2. Your website or evidence of affiliation with a recognized institution.
    3. Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
