Créer un champs déroulant personnalisé

Je sais pas si je dois traduire ma phrase pour mieux comprendre.

Je voudrais créer un formulaire avec un champs déroulant avec plusieurs chiffres est que lorsque plusieurs personnes font la demande que ce champs déroulant ce change au nombre de personne qui rempli le formulaire, mais le chiffre doit être griser , c'est possible ?

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, do you wish to have a dropdown field that automatically changes the last option to the total number of submissions? Also, can you confirm when you want an option to be greyed out? Meantime, you may want to check our Gift Registry widget and see it works for you.

I would like to create a form with a drop-down field with several numbers. When several people make the request, this drop-down field changes to the number of people who fill out the form, but the number must be grayed out.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. The Submission Counter widget can count the number of submissions that's made on your form. This widget can be shown or hidden and is also read-only, so the users can't change the value.

But there's no option to display the value of the Submission Counter widget in a dropdown field. You can use the Gift Registry widget as suggested by my colleague. Also check similar widgets such as the Ticket Purchase widget and the Inventory widget. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Because the form I'd like to create would have the First Name, Last Name, Address (postal, phone, email), phone number fields.

In the data part, it would be a drop-down field from 1 to 1000 with a descending system, without that, when I register is other people the background, this same field, numbers this put in gray, knowing that the first 10 are registered (gray) and 11 in black (not registered) as an example to better understand the subject of my message.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it's not possible to display a dropdown on a number of options based on the previous responders. The Dropdown field and the other fields are not dynamic. We don't have this feature yet as well to create a customer dropdown. But I consulted our team regarding this matter and what's their input.

I would like to add some details to the form.

In the same form, a QR code should be generated.

I am looking for the possibility to create a form in 2 parts.

In the 1st part, the customer has to fill in the form.

After sending it, he receives a message with a QR code of his details and a link that sends him to a proposed item.

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, generating a QR Code with the user's submission data is possible. You can add it to the Thank You page so that once the user submits the form, they can receive their QR code. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu and click on the Thank You Page from the left panel menu.
2. Then, click on the Source Code icon which is beside the Image icon.
3. Next, enter this code and click Ok:

4. Finally, you can enter the link manually, or click on the + Add Field button in green and select the field that has the link.
