Madame, Monsieur,
Cela fait presqu'un moi qu'il n'est plus possible d'accéder a nos formulaires. Le message "Form over quota s'affiche" alors que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser Jotform durant le mois d'aout.
Pourriez vous débloquer la situation ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. After checking our system, you still have quota on using the form and accepting new submission. May you advise if you are referring to another account? If yes, please share the username or email address to us.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Hi Reflexeadoption,
Thanks for getting back to us. I have manually recalculated your account usage and limits. If the issue still persists, could you try opening your form using a different browser or incognito? If the issue doesn't persist, I suggest clearing your browser cache. I have also reviewed your form and I didn't encounter any issues as shown in the screenshots.
