    Suite à la demande d'abonnement nous avons eu cette erreur.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. What payment method were you trying to use? For example were you trying to pay directly with a credit card, or through a payment gateway like Stripe or PayPal? If paying directly with a credit card produced the error, please let us know and in the mean time you can try paying through Stripe or PayPal instead.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi,

    We tried to pay using a credit card, but the problem may come from the fact that the credit card doesn't allow payment in Dollars or we made a mistake while entering the credential of the credit card, we'll try again on our side and let you know if we are still stuck.
