    merci

    Hi Jérôme,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can add calculation values to a Multiple Choice element. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Multiple Choice, and drag and drop a Multiple Choice element to your form.Widgets: Add values to the options in my form Image 1 Screenshot 70
    3. Once added, click on the Gear icon to open its Properties.
    4. In the menu that opens on the right side of the page, add your field name under the Field Label option, and enable the Require option to set the field required.Widgets: Add values to the options in my form Image 2 Screenshot 81
    5. Next, go to the Options tab.
    6. Under Options, enter the option you want form fillers to select from.
    7. Toggle On the Calculation Values and in Calculation Values enter the value for each row or paste a set of line-separated values from your clipboard.Widgets: Add values to the options in my form Image 3 Screenshot 92
    8. For other options, you can go to the Surveying and Advanced tab.

Next, you'll need to add a Form Calculation widget to perform calculations on your form. Here’s how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Widgets tab, search and select Form Calculation.Widgets: Add values to the options in my form Image 4 Screenshot 103
    3. Once added, click on the Wand icon to open the Widget Settings.
    4. In the settings pane on the right, use the Add Field button to add the Multiple Choice field.
    5. Once you’re done, click on the Save button.Widgets: Add values to the options in my form Image 5 Screenshot 114

Check out the screencast below to see my results:

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
