Can't Upgrade the plan to Monthly only shows Yearly Option

    Allo,

    J'aimerais upgrader mon compte pour acheter l'option "Argent" mensuel, mais le site ne me le permet pas, il bugg. Je semble seulement pouvoir acheter l'option Argent annuel.

    Serait-ce possible de m'envoyer un lien plus direct svp?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I reached out to our Billing Team so they can create a direct payment link where you can pay for your subscription on a monthly basis.

    Hi Amy,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I have received an update from our Billing Team. You can now upgrade to a monthly Silver Plan using this link.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi!

    The link works, but it's 56,34 $US.

    I thought the price was 49$ per month, is it because the taxes are included? What would be the price for a Canadian subscription?

    Thanks for patiently waiting. It appears that the reason why it shows $54.34 is because the price that you are seeing is already added with tax. The $49 that you see on the website is the price of the subscription before tax.

    Hi Amy,

    Thanks for getting back to us. To check invoices and download them you may follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the Account Settings page.
    2. Go to the Billing tab.
    3. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
    4. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details
