A field is not required but the form does not allow me to proceed to nex question when the field is blank

Now, let me help you with your question. To verify, is it for this form? If yes, I cloned it and I was not able to replicate the issue on this cloned form. Is the form embedded on a website page? If yes, can you send the website page to us so we can check? Can we do a test submission directly on your form?

In the meantime, please test if the same thing happens on the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers so we can isolate if this is a browser-related issue or not. I've cleared the cache of the form as an added measure.
