Getting Error: Incomplete Values

Je me permets de vous écrire au sujet d'une difficulté que je rencontre avec un formulaire que j'ai récemment créé. Je suis confiant que votre expertise pourrait m'aider à résoudre ce problème.

J'ai conçu un formulaire sur Jotform et j'ai pris soin de remplir tous les champs obligatoires avec les informations nécessaires. Néanmoins, certaines questions du formulaire sont conditionnelles, c'est-à-dire qu'elles devraient apparaître en fonction des réponses données précédemment. Malheureusement, à la suite de la soumission du formulaire, un message d'erreur s'affiche, indiquant : "Valeurs incomplètes : des champs n'ont pas été remplis correctement dans votre soumission".

Je suis perplexe quant à la raison de l'apparition de ce message d'erreur, car j'ai vérifié à maintes reprises que tous les champs requis étaient dûment remplis. J'ai également testé les conditions que j'ai mises en place pour l'affichage de certaines questions, et il semble qu'elles fonctionnent correctement pendant que je remplis le formulaire.

I am writing to you about a difficulty I am facing with a form I recently created. I am confident that your expertise could assist me in resolving this issue.

I have designed a form on Jotform and have taken care to fill in all the mandatory fields with the necessary information. However, certain questions in the form are conditional, meaning they should appear based on the responses given earlier. Unfortunately, after submitting the form, an error message appears stating: "Incomplete Values: Some fields have not been filled correctly in your submission."

The error message pertains to the values of fields that were not displayed, which is completely normal due to the conditional logic. However, I want to keep these fields as mandatory. This way, in case users choose questions that correspond, those questions will be displayed as mandatory.

Thanks for getting back to us. If the field is hidden by conditional logic and also marked as required, you can submit the form without filling that field (that field will anyway be not visible on the published form). It will not stop you from submitting the form.

What you can do is you can set the Form Settings form from Clear on Submit to Clear on Being Hidden. Here is how to do it:

• In the form builder on the orange navigational bar click Settings.
• Go to the Form Settings tab and scroll down to Clear Hidden Values.
• Change Clear on Submit to Clear on Being Hidden.

Merci pour votre réponse. Je pense voir d'où provient le soucis. Quand vous sautez des pages à l'aide de la logique conditionnelle, les questions sont toujours marquées obligatoires, ce qui vous donne le message d'erreur que vous voyez à la soumission. Pour corriger cela il vous suffit d'ajouter des conditions comme suit:

• Allez sur Paramètres sur la barre orange en haut
• Cliquez sur Conditions
• Sélectionnez Activer/Exiger un champ

Cela vous permettra d'ajouter des condtions pour que les champs ne soient plus obligatoires lorsque vous sautez des pages avec le reste de la logique.

N'hésitez pas à me faire savoir si cela fonctionne ou si vous avez des questions.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You have to unrequire multiple fields because when selecting (Non) in Nous vous informons que si vous étiez sujette field question, you have a condition to skip to the last page of your form when selected. You can easily unrequire the fields from pages 6 to 28 in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.

1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
2. Go to Condition, click on Add a New Condition, and click on Enable/Require Field.
3. Enter your conditional logic, and lastly, click on Save.
