Cancellation and refund request

    Bonjour

    Je viens de recevoir un email me confirmant le renouvellement de mon abonnement automatiquement (le prélèvement vient d'être fait) sans avoir reçu d'email au préalable pour me prévenir de la date d'échéance

    Je ne souhaite pas renouvellement cet abonnement car nous avons arrêté le business lié à l'usage de cet abonnement

    Pourriez vous svp avoir l'amabilité d'annuler cette transaction? Je l'aurai fait si j'avais reçu un email de renouvellement automatique auparavant

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    I do not know if you had the chance to translate in English, so here is my request

    I had an auto subscription renewal today without receiving prior email to tell me the renewal was upcoming.

    I do not use Jotform any more as we stoped the business app using it. So it would kind to get a refund as I have not receive any prior email to stop the auto renewal.

    Thanks for getting back to us. We have received an update from our billing team that your latest subscription charge has been refunded. This will take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
