    Nous avons ce message d'erreur alors que nous n'avons pas dépassé les 100 soumissions/ mois.

    Hi Aurore,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, I saw that you exceeded the upload limit. Accounts under the free plan have an upload space limit of 100 MB and your account currently uses 102.75 MB. The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If the user attaches files to the File Upload field and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space. 

    To free up the upload space, you'll have to delete your submissions. If you free up enough space to put you below the upload limit, your forms will be active again. But first, you need to download your submissions so that your submissions are not lost. Let me show you how:

    • Open your Jotform Inbox and under the Inbox tab, click on the Three Dots icon on the left side of the page.
    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button, select the file type you want, and it will automatically start to download.

    If your forms still show as over quota, make sure to delete trashed entries. Let me show you how:

    • In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to the Table name.
    • In the menu that opens, select the Trashed entries option.
    • In the Trash panel, tick on the Select All checkbox and click on Delete Forever.
    • Lastly, click on Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries

    mais la corbeille est presque vide ( 5 soumissions ) et je ne comprends comment nous utilisons 100MB . Un mystère .

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account again and it seems that your Upload Space went back to normal. I went ahead and reactivated your account and you should be able to access your forms now.
