Now, let me help you with your question. You can do that by adding a  Global Countdown widget to your form.

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page. 
• Under the Widgets tab, add the Global Countdown widget.
• Now, in the menu on the right side of the screen. set up your timer to 30 minutes.
