Accès à des données sensibles

Bonjour,

Un de mes clients, qui devait juste remplir son questionnaire, vient de m'informer qu'il a accès à l’ensemble des clients. Comment est-ce possible. Comment remédier?

Now, let me help you with your question. I have checked your submission inbox URL. It is shared with a user as read-only access. Please note that if you will share the user the submission Inbox sure will be able to view all other submissions.

1. From the top left menu option go to Submission Inbox
2. Click on the top right Share Button
3. In the Share this Inbox popup click on Share with image and you can check the user and remove him.

After this, the user will not be able to view the other submissions. Also, if you want the user to view their own submissions. you can assign the form to the user then, the user will be able to only view their own submissions After loggedin to the Jotform account.
