What happens to the forms and submissions after downgrade.

    Bonjour,

    J'aimerais savoir si nous gardons nos soumissions actuelles lorsque nous passons à un niveau d'abonnement inférieur à celui que nous avons actuellement.

    Hi Meagan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Existing forms and submissions will remain on your account even after downgrading your subscription. However, please note that moving forward once the account has been downgraded, the limitations with Silver accounts will apply such as 10 GB of Total Upload space and 2500 Monthly Submissions.     Hi Meagan,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, but you are limited to five working forms, if you exceed the limit then the account will be disabled. This goes the same if you reached the submission limit. Also, check out our guide explaining how to Cancel Your Subscription.

    Hi!

    We changed for the free version.

    Is there a way we can select for which survey we want the submissions to show ?

    For example, one of our survey normally has 24 submissions but we only see 14 of them now. Can we take some submissions of another survey to see all 24 of them on the one survey we need ?

    Hi Meagan,

    Thanks for using Jotform. You can select and delete the submissions on a form, but before doing so I suggest you download the submission on your form to avoid losing data in your forms. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    1. Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    2. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

    Hi!

    It didn't work. I deleted one submission of another survey to see and the survey I need all the 24 submissions for is still at 14 submissions.

    Hi Meagan,

    Thanks for using Jotform. For Starter plans, you're limited to 500 total submissions storage. After the downgrade, old submissions will be automatically deleted to give way for new submissions. You can restore deleted submissions when you upgrade your plan to a higher-tier plan. As for forms, forms will not be deleted, some of your forms will be disabled and you cannot view them.
