Unable to open Jotform Inbox

    Bonjour,

    Je n'arrive pas a afficher la boite de réception pour les formulaire "runner".

    La page s'affiche tout en bleu sans que rien n'apparaisse.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. This is a known issue and our developers are aware of this. They are not working on getting the issue fix. We will circle back on this thread once we hear from them.
