    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I will change the username for you. Please provide 3 username options. We will change to the one available. Please note that usernames could not have whitespace or special characters in them. You can use underscore _ in the username.

    Also, please note that I checked you are using a custom URL for your form. After I will change the username the custom URL will not work as the custom URL contains the username in it. You need to create a custom URL again for a new username. You can check this guide about How to Create a Custom URL for Your Form here.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi pooloow,

    Sure, we can change the username of your account from our end. But please provide us with 3 usernames (in order of priority) so that we could use the available one on your account.

    The username appears on all links, which is disturbing. The names are : Machloe, Machlo, Maeremp

    Thanks for getting back to us. I have changed your account username from pooloow to Machloe. You can check on your end. As I have changed the username the custom URL will not work as the custom URL contains the old username in it. You need to create a custom URL again for a new username.
